Returns Policy

We care about your satisfaction and we stand behind every single product you buy from us. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with original packaging including all product parts and instructions if there are any, and should never be used.
  • The recipient or purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item to return is a faulty/damaged product or sent by our mistake, and in those cases, we can send you a return shipping label for the return. 
  • If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to report the problem and also take a photo for our reference.
  • Returns do not apply to Books, DVDs and catalogs unless they are faulty or sent by our mistake. 
  • We cannot be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit, so we suggest you return by registered post or trackable service.
  • Refunds - Your refund will be made to your original payment method. If your refund is due to change of mind, it will be for the item(s), not for the original postage costs, unless your item was damaged, faulty or sent by mistake.
  • Exchanges - You are welcome to change your mind but you will need to pay for postage again for the item you want to exchange for unless it qualifies Free Shipping.

How to Make a Return

If, for whatever reason, you would like to return your ordered product, please simply login to your BNA account and follow the below steps to lodge a return request online: 

  1.  Go to My Order page under your Account page.
  2.  Find and click into the order (via the view button) which contains the product you want to return.
  3.  Click the Return button at the right end of the product line, shown as below.
  4.  Fill in the Product Returns form with all necessary info and then Submit.
  5.  If you want to return more than one item, you will need to repeat step 3 and 4 for each of them.
  6.  You can always track the status of your return request(s) from your Account page or through My Return Requests.

You will usually receive an email from our support team within one business day to confirm the return address and packing instructions (e.g., when fragile products are involved). For returns of damaged, faulty, wrongly sent, opened or used items, we may require more details from you. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly if you need more information or further assistance on your return case.

** You can still use the above steps to return an item purchased over 30 days ago, but we may not be able to issue a full product price refund or provide full value exchange. However, please feel free to talk with our customer support first.
